Absorbent pads are not only an excellent item to help supplement our Spill Kits but are also an ideal solution to the regular maintenance and mopping up of small spills in the workplace. For the purposes of health and safety and the prevention of environmental pollution, it is important that spill control and spill cleanup become a regular part of the working environment, and absorbent pads can provide this vital requirement.

Which Absorbent Pad?

Absorbent pads come in three types; General Absorbent Pads can be used in the absorption of oils, waters based fluids and mild chemicals, Oil Only Absorbent Pads are designed to absorb only oil and fuels (whilst repelling water) and can also be used to absorb oil off of a water's surface without sinking. Finally there are Chemical Absorbent Pads which can be used in the absorption of more aggressive or dangerous chemicals.
