How the Flood Barrier Works

The flood barrier is filled with water, depending on the size and length of the barrier a pump may be required. The water expands the boom and acts as a watertight seal between the barrier and the floor.

When the flood barrier is no longer needed the water can be easily be drained away and the tube folded for compact storage. The flood barrier system can either be used as a single barrier or stacked to create a taller barrier for protection against larger floods.
